LionHeart gives you the power to accurately track your workouts, so you now have more than just a measure of sweat to know if you’ve reached your true potential.
LionHeart not only monitors your heart rate, percentage of maximum effort, and total calories burned, but we take it one step further with a unique points system that rates your performance in a session. If you hit the magic 45 points, then you’ve crushed your workout!
Want to know how you’re tracking? Just look up at your studio’s TV displays for your live results or review your personalized performance report in your own time.
% of your maximum heart rate
This unique colour coding system allows you to track your progress during your workout on TV displays in the studio. Ideally, you want to be working hard enough to be above 75% of your maximum heart rate.

All the information you need is up on the studio’s TV displays, so all you need to do is wear your LionHeart and you’re in business!
Heart Rate
Shows your heart rate, intensity level and if you’re working hard enough! If not, then you can turn up your efforts in order to meet your fitness goals.

There’s nowhere to hide — we can see how hard you’re working with our unique color-coded system displayed on the TVs in-studio!
Calories
We’re all different, so our calorie counter relies on your personalized data (weight, age, gender) to calculate the number of calories burned.
Reporting
Knowledge is power! Our sophisticated reports help you assess your progress and make sure you’re on track. Compare past workouts, look at patterns in your training, see how many points you’ve scored and more.
